Roof repair done right, warrantied at least a year.
Honest roof repair across Central and Northern NJ — leaks, missing shingles, storm damage, flashing failures. We diagnose the actual problem, fix it the way it should've been fixed the first time, and back every repair for a minimum of one year.
Fairview, NJ
Find the real problem. Fix it once. Stand behind it.
Most roof repairs we get called for were already "fixed" by someone else. A handful of shingles slapped on. A bead of caulk smeared across a flashing. A patch that holds for one rainstorm before the leak comes back through a different ceiling. That's not repair — that's delay.
When we come out, we find the actual source of the problem before we touch anything. Then we fix that — properly, with the right materials, in a way that's going to hold. Every repair we do carries a minimum one-year warranty in writing. And if we get on your roof and find that a repair won't honestly hold up, we'll tell you that and walk you through a full roof replacement instead — no upsell, just the honest call.

Real diagnosis, real fix, real warranty — not a smear of caulk.
The cheap repair that fails in six months is the most expensive repair you'll ever pay for. We take the time to find what's actually causing your leak, we use the right materials for the actual fix, and we hand you a written warranty before we leave. If our repair fails inside the warranty window, we come back and make it right. That's the standard.
Get An Honest DiagnosisFour things to know before someone gets on your roof.
Roof repair sounds simple until it isn't. Here's how we approach it differently — and what you should expect from any contractor you let near your house.
Water lies. The stain on your ceiling is rarely under the actual leak.
Water doesn't drip straight down through a roof. It runs along rafters, follows pipes, pools on insulation, and shows up six feet sideways from where it actually got in. That's why so many roof repairs fail — the contractor patches the spot above the stain, the homeowner pays the bill, and the leak comes right back through a new spot in the ceiling next storm.
We start every repair on the roof, not in your living room. We trace the water back to the entry point — usually a failed flashing, a cracked boot, a lifted shingle, a punctured underlayment, or a backed-up valley — and we fix the source. If the issue is specifically a recurring roof leak, that's a deep specialty of ours and worth a separate look.
If it's failing on your roof, we've fixed it before.
Missing or cracked shingles after a wind event. Lifted or curling shingles around the field of the roof. Cracked or rusted-out flashing around chimneys, skylights, and wall transitions. Failed pipe boots and vent collars. Backed-up or worn valleys. Punctures from fallen branches. Failed sealant at penetrations. Granule loss in concentrated spots. We've repaired all of it, on every roof type — asphalt shingle, metal, slate, cedar shake, and low-slope flat systems.
Some of the more specialized repair work we get called for: storm damage that needs documentation for an insurance claim, ice dam damage at the eaves, and dedicated flashing repair where the existing flashing was undersized or installed wrong. Each of those gets handled by someone who's done it dozens of times — not whoever was free that day.
The repair price you're quoted is the repair price you pay.
We don't quote a low repair number to get on the roof and then "discover" you need a full replacement. If you need a replacement, we'll tell you before we touch anything — and you can walk away with no obligation. If a repair is the right call, we hand you a written number on the spot, do the work for that number, and stand behind it. The estimate is the estimate.
Get Your Repair QuoteSometimes the honest answer is "stop paying to patch this thing."
A repair only makes financial sense when the rest of the roof has real life left in it. If your shingles are curling and cracking across the whole field, if the deck is soft in multiple spots, if you've already paid for two or three "repairs" in the last few years, you're not buying time anymore — you're throwing good money after bad. The honest call at that point is a full replacement.
We'll tell you which one you have, on your roof, before we say a word about pricing for either option. If a targeted repair will hold for another decade, we'll fix it and warranty it. If the roof is past the point where patching makes sense, we'll show you the spots that prove it — and walk you through a fair replacement quote and the specific flashing repair work that may be a smaller alternative if the issue is isolated.
If our repair fails inside the warranty window, we come back. No invoice.
Every repair we do comes with a written warranty of at least one year — many of our larger repair scopes carry longer terms — and we hand it to you before final invoice. If the same issue we repaired comes back inside the warranty period, we come out and make it right at no charge. That's the deal, and it's in writing so there's no debate later about who said what.
We can offer that warranty because we don't take repair shortcuts. The fix uses the right material for the right failure point, installed by a crew lead who's been doing this for years. If you want to see what your roof actually needs before committing to anything, our free roof inspection is the clean way to start.
